This is a heavily modified Buro Godhammer. The pistol no longer has an autofire function, and each bullet contains a tiny radio transmitter/receiver and a short range propellant system. This reduces the damage of the bullets, but enhances the gun in other ways.
Each bullet once it leaves the muzzle, starts "calling its brothers" to it. This has the effect of increasing each subsequent shots AV by +1 up to a maximum of +4. Of course if one bullet misses its intended target, it still sends out the signal, thereby nullifying one of the pluses of a bullet that has already hit the target. To a limited extent these bullets are "Fire and Forget", as they will chase a target a limited distance, even round corners or behind cover.
